Title: Curriculum Analyst (BA SR)
Position Type: Contract
Location: Remote, United States
Required Education: Bachelors
Required Degree: A Bachelors Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline.
Requireed Years: 5
Substitution Criteria: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Please note: This role does require some knowledge and experience in AI, Cyber, and IT concepts.
As an AI Curriculum Analyst, you will apply expertise in human capital, talent management, learning and general management consulting to government consulting. You will conduct targeted research to identify training activities to support career development and growth within and across work roles in the Office of Information Technology. You will perform qualitative analysis to create a curated curriculum for each AI / cyber work role (e.g. machine learning, AI test & evaluation, AI risk/ethics, data architect, data scientist, etc) based on identified tasks and expected behavioral indicators. Apply your strong attention to detail to ensure well-documented, client-ready materials throughout the review process and the delivery of the final product.
Must Have
5+ years experience (including internships) in organizational improvement with a focus on human capital or learning
Experience identifying adult learner educational needs in AI and/or cyber
Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity and AI tools, concepts, and associated work to support federal information systems
Ability to apply principles of information technology, cybersecurity and/or AI to determine appropriate learning and/or training curriculum
Ability to translate information and participate in discussions with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts using strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently to a pre-established schedule in a virtual team
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or technical/scientific equivalent and 5 years relevant experience, or a total of 13 years in lieu of education
