CTO - Co Founder

 We’re a pre-launch startup based in SF. We target the Muslim market globally and have offices in the US, Dubai, Singapore, and Indonesia. 

We seek a highly skilled and passionate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team as a Co-founder. The ideal candidate will be a visionary technologist, capable of driving the technical strategy and leading the development of innovative solutions. As a Co-founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and will share in the rewards and responsibilities of building a successful enterprise.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the company’s technical strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other co-founders to define the company’s vision and strategic direction.
• Identify emerging technologies to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.

Product Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable software products.
• Oversee all aspects of technology development, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the product development process is efficient and adheres to best practices.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Solve complex technical challenges and ensure the reliability and scalability of the platform.
• Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends.

Operations and Infrastructure:

• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and operations.
• Ensure robust security measures and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate the technical vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with investors.
  

Educational Background:

• Graduate from Ivy League / MBB / Founder experience / Chief of Staff

Experience:

• Min 8 years experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Strong track record of successfully developing and scaling software products.
• Experience with fundraising and working with investors is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Muslim market would be a PLUS
