Job Description:

The Intersect Group is hiring for a Credit Specialist to support our client located in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract to hire position and is a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collections, cash applications, and disputes
  • Customer service oriented
  • Create, prepare, and update reports
  • Billing and reconciliation responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Must have 2M+ portfolio experience
  • Exposure to a general ERP system
  • Basic excel (formatting, basic formulas)
  • 2+ year B2B collections experience
