Creative Services Project Manager

SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting Creative Services projects by managing timelines, vendor relationships, stakeholder communications and logistics. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from conception to completion, while also capturing high quality video footage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to support video projects and live event recordings, including final edits.
• Support Live Production Manager on live event projects including managing project plans in Asana and allocating resources in Planning Center.

Videography

• Capture high-quality video footage according to project requirements.
• Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices proficiently.
• Direct talent and subjects during video shoots to achieve desired results.
• Edit and assemble raw footage to create polished final products.
• Enhance videos with effects, graphics, and sound as needed.
• Review video and event footage and edited content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Implement feedback and revisions as necessary to meet client expectations for video projects and event recordings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video project management and videography, preferably in a creative agency or production environment.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with talent and team members.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• 3+ years of creative project management and videography experience.
