Client Location: Remote (EDT or CDT hours)

Salary/Pay Rate: $45 to $50/hr

Firm, non-negotiable: Yes

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 months with possible extension


Job Description:

The Creative Strategy and Integration team is part of the Visual Storytelling division of our client's Creative Studio and is responsible for the strategic creative vision and execution plan for Creative Studio’s portfolio of work. We also create and optimize new and innovative workflows across digital, streaming, broadcast and marketing. The Creative Producer builds and oversees strategy and workflow for large-scale broadcast seasonal and new projects.


• Work with Senior Manager and Strategy stakeholders to set creative strategy and execution plan for season-long graphic identity projects.

• Works with Senior Manager in identifying new workstreams across brands and Creative Studio and oversees documentation meeting coordination across the business.

• Oversees initial project communication across all teams and budget tracking for vendor work.

• Organize and run stakeholder and creative team meetings, setting each team member up for success with clear agendas, goals and next steps.

• Point of contact for strategy communications across Creative Studio.

• Defines scope of work, deliverables lists and project schedules and outlines within the creative strategy for all teams to execute towards.

• Make budget decisions within limits prescribed by creative and executive leaders

• Conduct and organize research for projects in collaboration with creative leaders. Collect and analyze project takeaways in an accessible and user-friendly space.

• Forecast with the Senior Staff to build an LRP.

• Accountable for strict adherence to established department procedures.

• Develop thorough knowledge of various network/show looks.

• Motivate, educate, direct a team or individual Designers, Animators, Editors and others assigned to a project whether in-house, freelance or with an external production group.


Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years broadcast producing experience

• Ability to run internal meetings, and some meetings with client/stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft based software (Word, Excel, 365)

• Demonstrated ability to get along with diverse personalities and working styles

• Partnering and teamwork skills

• Project management skills

• Ability to lead creative and producing teams on large and small scale projects

• Detail and multi-task oriented, the ability to multitask and deliver consistently with accuracy in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Very strong communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of distribution points, including MVPDs and SVODs

• Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Atlassian tools, Smartsheet, etc


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 - $50/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
