We’re looking for a Multicultural Creative Director (Copy) with experience writing for and understanding of the cultural nuances and regionalisms of the Mexican American Hispanic market.
Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you'll lead teams to excel beyond the brief, from conceptual development through execution of engaging paid social media, OLV, banners, and display that have measurable impact.
You'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client objectives while achieving the our financial objectives.
You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
