We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to become an integral part of our team! You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance in addition to duties below.
Responsibilities:
Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and online resources to deliver training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
Plan, create and coordinate specific course content for company wide e-learning manuals
Create inviting learning environments along with materials for session preparation and learner communications to gauge training effectiveness
Monitor and evaluate the results of training programs, making adjustments as needed
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs
Partners with the project team, and instructional design to build content, keeping learning content relevant and up to date
Maintain the required level of knowledge related to the systems/content being taught
Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance
Assist in new hire orientation process and other areas as needed for training
Track and create reports on training outcomes for further training content development
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of recent experience developing and delivering training relating to Diversity, Organizational Procedures, HR, Leadership & Harassment
Proficiency with MS Office
Bi-lingual Fluency in Spanish and English both verbal and written
