RCO is looking for an experienced Corporate Purchasing Manager to oversee the Purchasing functions and activities for the various business segments of RCO. This in-person role is located in Roseville, Michigan. This is a great upper management opportunity for a well-qualified Supply Chain/Purchasing professional with supervisory and decision making experience. While we will be training this individual to work in the “RCO” way, this position is appropriate for only candidates that possess most if not all of these skills.

Tasks Needed to Perform:

• Develop and implement purchasing team strategies.
• Effectively manage the Purchasing professional staff.
• Purchase of a broad range of goods and services to support all current and future growth.
• Partner with RCO stakeholders to ensure clear purchasing requirements.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
• Prepare various reports for management review of department activities.
• Perform cost and situational analysis, to include benchmarking.
• Participate as lead for procurement team for internal/external audits.
• Establish, implement and maintain supplier performance analysis process.
• Handle employee issues, such as discipline.
• Perform Buyer duties as needed.
• Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies.
• Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
• Any other duties as assigned.
