The Corporate Education Manager works with management to drive cutting-edge learning solutions that result in increased capacity for business performance.
This role is responsible for overall instructional design, developing the educational experiences and resources, ensuring the right tools, technology and governance are developed, accessible and in place to support the Leadership and Employee development strategy globally. In addition, this role is responsible for the creation, management, and maintenance of governance around systems, technology, and adult learning methodology.
What You’ll Do
Instructional Design: Creates and manages best practice educational experiences based on efficient methodologies and frameworks. Identifying scope, design solution, developing content and delivering the product guaranteeing effective impact and measuring it.
Bring innovative ideas and solutions to increase access and engagement in our educational solutions and platforms. Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Technical Training and Business to understand the implications of key decisions about learning tech.
Tools and Technology: Partner with Development leader and cross functional partners to develop and maintain the educational technology strategy year over year. Innovate, select, and implement the frameworks, methodologies, and tools to optimize overall learners’ experience. This includes but is not limited to developing and managing corporate content review standards, authoring tool guidelines, content storage standardization, LMS administration (governance of training record retention, training matrix role management, and course content creation within the Learning Management System) and educational technology acquisition process. Constantly improve educational products based on iterative delivery, feedback, and the latest industry research.
Governance: Leads Global Learning Council and liaise with different stakeholders to guarantee alignment on global education efforts within business areas.
Reinforce the Operational Model thru roles and responsibilities (Education COE, Technical Training and Technical areas)
Education efficacy and KPIs: Develop and evolve our educational (skills-based) analytics to measure the impact of learning more effectively on employee and business performance. Establish metrics to assess the performance of learning initiatives and track ROI. Establish the reporting support mechanism.
Interpersonal/Team Leadership: Direct, lead, motivate and develop the team. Act as a critical internal advocate for L&D team, ensuring frequent and consistent communication and integration between the team members and other internal/external stakeholders. Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. MBA preferred.
- Certifications in Instructional Design Methodology and Adult Learning Methodology preferred
- Instructional Design – 5+ years
- Adult Learning Principles – 5+ years
- LMS/LXP - 5+ years
- Industrial Environment 2+ years
- Storytelling methodologies preferred
