Corporate Controller

The Keller Group is proud to partner with a leading publicly traded company in The Greater Phoenix Area renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Controller to oversee our financial reporting and accounting operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for the accounting team.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Prior experience in a management position in a publicly traded company preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
