Job Summary:
As a Corporate Analyst at Arcan, you will play an important role with the onsite management. Our Corporate Analyst look forward to working with an exceptionally skilled and highly trained team, geared to support your efforts to be successful. As a Corporate Analyst, you will oversee Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, and assist with Property Operations. This position requires unmatched customer service and individuals who thrive in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Code and process payables
Monitor budget and make recommendations to Property Management to increase efficiency
Recognize and correct inconsistencies
Communicate with service providers to obtain missing invoices or rectify billing issues
Oversight of vendor management and unit make-ready process
Accounts Receivable
File evictions - obtains property delinquency report to cross-references with collection calls made from office
Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances
Property Operations Assistance
Operates in AI-powered CRM and Yardi to support leasing and occupancy
Ensures that all move-ins are completed property, and all necessary documents are obtained and uploaded into Yardi
This may require work in addition to Yardi, including but not limited to PetScreening, RentSecurely, and Vendorply
Coordinates prospect tours and in-person visits with onsite staff
Communicates with residents with upcoming lease expirations to secure renewals
We’re Looking for An Individual Who Has:
Available to workdays and travel as needed
Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team
Must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing
What is required:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to be in office Monday - Friday ( Position is not Remote)
High School degree or equivalent
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday 40 hours a week (work schedules may vary). Must be available for occasional day or overnight travel throughout the southeast area.
