Position HighlightsPosition will collaborate with Recruiting Operations in all recruiting efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work to ensure a dynamic and first class on-campus experience for all Prospective Student-Athletes.
  • Work with our internal operations staff to organize housing both on campus and off campus
  • Coordinate with General Manager and Director of Scouting to create weekly communication plans for position coaches and the head coach
  • Organize and execute an internal recruiting office weekly communication plan with the top priority recruits
  • Work with Compliance on transcript evaluation and eligibility concerns/planning: Including, but not limited to the procurement of PSA Transcripts, Transcript Evaluation and working with Academic Services on Progress toward
  • Admission strategy.
  • Coordinate the organization/procurement of all required material for the Admissions Process.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with ICA, the communication and execution of the Admissions process for all incoming Football Student-Athletes.
  • Manage the execution of all game day Recruiting activities.
  • Provide assistance with planning for Official Visits (i.e., travel, restaurants, etc.)
  • Provide assistance with the organization and vision of all Recruiting events throughout the calendar year.
  • Provide assistance with the organization of all materials related to Recruiting Operations: Including, but not limited to Recruiting Areas, High School Information, Database Management, Recruiting Event Itineraries and Execution,
  • Evaluation Period, etc.
  • Assist the annual review of the overall Recruiting Vision, Strategy and Process.
  • Assist with all Compliance Reporting related to Recruiting Operations.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with NCAA, Conference, and University of Arizona Rules and Regulationss
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Recruiting at the Division I level
  • Event Management Experience at the Power-5 or Professional Sports level
