Manage the day to day of the accounting team and processes of the company. Drive process and technology improvement to better leverage the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual functions of the business. Work alongside the finance team to align the cash forecast, budget, and projections of the business. Handle the day-to-day cash needs of the business. Work along with the share service team to manage timely AR, AP, and payroll processes of the business. Work with the CFO in managing the annual audit. Keep all company filings up to date and accurate. Produce accurate and timely financial information. This person will also be in charge of the human resources for the company while its growing and eventually being part of bringing in an HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the company monthly financial closings
· Review all schedules, documents, payments, etc.
· Assist in audits
· Manage financial processes and controls

5-12 years of experience is ideal
