- Impactful Role: As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and managing commercial and government contracts, minimizing risk, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Negotiation: Utilize your skills to negotiate software licensing, SaaS, hosted services, and support contracts, ensuring alignment with legal, commercial, and operational standards.
- Diverse Agreement Types: Review and negotiate various agreement types, including business associate agreements, data protection agreements, professional services, consulting agreements, and more.
- Compliance Assurance: Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Effective Communication: Assess, interpret, and communicate contract and legal terms to company leadership and functional areas within the organization.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage NetSuite™ CRM tool to document non-standard terms, manage risk profiles, and track requests.

- Learning Orientation: Demonstrate a willingness to learn technical concepts and stay updated on industry trends.
Experience & Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or related field. 5+ years’ commercial contract management experience, and 2-4 years in government (State and Local) contract management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Products, Zoom, and Teams.
- Preferred: Masters or Law degree, experience in proposal submissions, procurement, government relations, and knowledge of GSA, FAR requirements. Healthcare or IT-related experience is a plus.
