Content Strategist

Pay Range: $50 - $56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the business objectives and user needs.
• Lead the planning and implementation of AB testing initiatives to optimize various digital assets.
• Continuously analyze, measure, and report on AB test results to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless execution of testing plans.
• Create and maintain a content calendar that considers seasonal trends and user behavior.
• Use customer insights and market research to inform content strategies and target audience segmentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative strategies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in digital content strategy and AB testing.
• Proficiency in using AB testing tools, such as Adobe Target, or Optimizely.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends and user preferences.
• A solid portfolio showcasing successful content optimization and AB testing projects.
