Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Director of Social, interpret the fashion show & sport strategies to conceptualize and create content plans that align with the strategy, marketing goals, brand and messaging guidelines.
Assist in developing and mapping seasonal strategy to support the fashion show, inclusive of content plans, audience engagement, and reporting.
Manage the launch of a new sport handle on IG, including execution of follower acquisition strategy, content planning, engagement, and reporting.
Close partnership with the broader social team to understand broader social content calendar integration, and cohesion.
Close partnership with creative counterparts in all content planning, filming, and execution.
Coordinate with all internal team members involved in the content creation and planning process, such as Creative, Production, Marketing, and Operations.
Attend and travel to events and activations where needed to capture and post content.
Manage all fashion show related scheduling and posting.
Provide monthly analytics reports on content performance. Additional reporting daily or weekly as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in social media in a professional environment
Experience with TikTok and Instagram platform algorithms and a strong understanding of the marketing side of social media
Ability to work in-person at our New York Office
Strong understanding of Victoria’s Secret brand and aesthetic and ability to articulate that into a social strategy and narrative
Excellent storytelling and creative skills
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Ability to work in a face paced environment and meet tight deadlines
