Content Evaluation Specialist

Our client in Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate. The Content Evaluation Specialist will administer online surveys and analyze results to gauge customer experience. This position is hybrid and based out of the Seattle office.

• Pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Administering online surveys to customers to collect feedback
• Analyzing survey results to identify trends and insights
• Drawing meaningful conclusions and recommendations from data
• Presenting findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Collaborating with teams to implement changes based on customer feedback
• Continuously monitoring and improving the survey process
• Additional Support for current team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience conducting online surveys: Min 1 year experience with Survey, Survey Analysis, Survey Design and Survey Instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Spanish , Italian or other European languages
