Job Description
Our US based Client Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Yard Supervisor to join our concrete division at our Sparrows Point, MD location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 12 yard hands, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of 12 yard hands to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Work Assignment and Monitoring: Assign tasks and monitor the progress and quality of work, providing guidance and support as needed.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Address any safety concerns promptly.
Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Manager regarding daily operations, staffing needs, and any issues that arise in the yard.
