Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this Community/ Franchise Engagement Team is to develop our AAA Video Game and manage social media and community interactions. The team spends a lot of time speaking with customers in regards to feedback advocacy.
Key projects: This role will contribute to multiple upcoming activations over the next several months that involve influencers.
Day-to-day:
30% meetings with stakeholders
30% interacting directly with influencers
40% head down work

Candidate Requirements
Experience managing social media platforms, working with influencers and a strong understanding of relationship management
Experience with a CRM, influencer management tools, and Discord is a plus
Experience with working at both strategic and tactical levels to drive large-scale campaigns
Experience with project/program management and working with a workback plan and budget
