Job Responsibilities

  • Develop content related to the Digital Content team’s business initiatives, including customer-facing events and activities
  • Enhance the influence and effectiveness of the company's brand voice by amplifying key narratives and initiatives to expand its reach and impact
  • Help manage content creation and campaign execution including the build of infographics, e-books, videos, social assets, blog posts, customer stories, and more
  • Partner with content agency to manage content marketing budgets, work back schedules, project schedules, and stakeholder communications
  • Adhere to Microsoft brand voice and tone, editorial requirements, and ensure all work is accurate and meets high-quality standards
  • Analyze the results of marketing initiatives to provide insights for future campaigns and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance and facilitate the implementation of SEO best practices to optimize the company's online presence and drive organic traffic to its digital channels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain process documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to relevant parties
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and expand the company's branding, digital, and media initiatives through re-use and scaling efforts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
  • 8-10 years related experience required
  • Content Creation and Management experience (developing content related to the Digital Content team’s business initiatives, including customer-facing events and activities)
  • Project Management skills-(as the role entails managing content creation, campaign execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders, strong project management skills are necessary)
  • Effective communication (experience working in a Collaborative team environment; Collaborative problem solving with effective task delegation and coordination)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
  • Basic knowledge of content production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
