We are looking for a candidate who can serve as one of the primary points of contact between the AT&T sales and marketing departments and our large field organization. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring our internal team and our external sales partners in the field have updated, accurate information. The Communications Coordinator will also be in charge of weekly reports with feedback from the field that go to members of AT&T leadership.
Our Comms department has grown over the last 2 years and this candidate will work hand-in-hand with the entire team to manage DSI's messaging. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong writer and editor, driven to do top-notch work and understands how to meet firm deadlines.

Responsibilities
Collecting information from the field, writing, and editing weekly reports
Developing an in-depth knowledge of AT&T's core products, services, offers, and promotions, while maintaining a similar knowledge of competitor's offerings
Ensuring the latest offers and promotions are communicated in a clear, concise, and timely manner to our employees in the field and other stakeholders as needed
Reviewing and recommending edits for company communications and materials to ensure a polished and unified message across all channels
Working with the entire Communications team to make sure all company needs are met, and communication strategies are being implemented efficiently
Proactively monitor organizational efforts and identify opportunities to improve the overall effectiveness of our go-to-market activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, business, or related field
Experience preferred in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, business, or related field.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, along with the ability to present confidently and knowledgeably in front of large and small groups
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Comfortable working alone or as part of a team and always capable of meeting firm deadlines
Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new topics quickly
Other responsibilities as assigned
Computer Skills
Required: Microsoft 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.); strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (ex. Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Preferred: Audio/video/presentation abilities, Cloud storage devices (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.), high level of general software proficiency, knowledge, and awareness

Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance

This position will work in our Richardson office 5 days a week
