As a Commercial Supervisor at DEL-CON LLC., you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects and supervising a team of employees to ensure successful project completion. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating project activities, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to meet project requirements and deliver results.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial construction or a related field
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
