RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC commercial sector
Develop and implement business plans and strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction along with addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Coordinate with company departments to provide tailored HVAC solutions to customers
Sales and Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement long-term business strategies
Set and achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Monitor and report on commercial business activities
Team Collaboration
Work closely with company departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
Provide training and support to branches on products and services
Foster a collaborative high performing work environment
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Proven leadership and coaching experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to analyze market data and develop business strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or related field
Desired
HVAC industry knowledge
CRM Eclipse knowledge
