Role Description
Looking for a technical co-founder who has a keen interest in business to be CTO. This someone should also believe that revenue is vanity, profit is sanity, but cash is king. Would be great if you have founded a company previously as well.
We are currently working on an ERP system for emerging CPG brands. As former CPG brand owners, we experienced a lot of operational challenges when running the business and we are building a solution that we would have loved.
Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in a startup environment - iterating quickly and ability to grind out during the 0-1 phase
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Willingness to learn about the problem space
We will be using a simple web stack, Ruby on Rails or anything you're comfortable with
Familiarity with and ability to tinker/fine-tune LLMs for business uses cases
