Clinical Project Associate - I Opportunity in Seattle, WA

Are you ready to kickstart your career in the pharmaceutical industry? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Project Associate - I to join our client's team on a 12-month contract basis in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under general supervision for routine tasks
  • Receive detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Track and prepare study-specific information using various tools
  • Assist in the development of documents for site binders
  • Review and participate in the quality assurance of data and documents
  • Coordinate meeting logistics
  • Draft meeting agendas and assist in preparing meeting minutes
  • Interact with other departments as necessary to complete assigned tasks
  • File documents in paper or electronic Trial Master File (TMF)

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of FDA and/or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, GCPs, and standard clinical operating procedures is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
