Job Description

  • Effectively and proactively source candidates through various online and networking channels for the clinical functions - including RN's, Engineers, Health Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, etc
  • Conduct strategic meetings with hiring managers to identify key competencies and qualifications that drive success in filling positions
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to ensure minimum competencies and qualification requirements are fulfilled for business needs
  • Manage on-going candidate relationship manager by providing value-added recruiting related advice to hiring managers and influence talent decisions
  • Manage requisitions in accordance to the AHC's Talent Acquisition process
  • This includes maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to meet compliance requirements
  • Successfully manage the hiring manager's experience through the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Function as a true business partner to all parties with a vest interested in recruitment activity

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience assessing and identifying the needs of hiring managers and developing creative recruitment strategies
  • 5 years of clinical recruiting experience and/or knowledge within Provider positions
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
