Clinical Project Manager

  • Lead a program of work, a group of projects or business as usual (BAU) activities derived from the clinical portfolio of initiatives

  • Develop project plans, scope of work, timelines, and a centralized location for keeping documents organized

  • Actively manage the delivery of several projects to ensure effectiveness; in addition to developing timely and appropriate solutions to fulfil the clinical portfolio objectives

  • Play lead role in facilitating discussion, action planning, risk assessments, and driving decision making for specific initiatives as they relate to the clinical portfolio

  • Lead, conduct analysis and recommend process improvements that foster agility, innovation and cost savings

  • Identify issues that need to be escalated, and provide recommendations for mitigation of those issues

  • Provide support to the daily operations of the Knowledge Hub and Cumulus, a centralized, online document repository when and if requested
