Lead a program of work, a group of projects or business as usual (BAU) activities derived from the clinical portfolio of initiatives
Develop project plans, scope of work, timelines, and a centralized location for keeping documents organized
Actively manage the delivery of several projects to ensure effectiveness; in addition to developing timely and appropriate solutions to fulfil the clinical portfolio objectives
Play lead role in facilitating discussion, action planning, risk assessments, and driving decision making for specific initiatives as they relate to the clinical portfolio
Lead, conduct analysis and recommend process improvements that foster agility, innovation and cost savings
Identify issues that need to be escalated, and provide recommendations for mitigation of those issues
Provide support to the daily operations of the Knowledge Hub and Cumulus, a centralized, online document repository when and if requested
