Position Summary

Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the team members to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality care for patients. Supports the goals and objectives of the Company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members in your designated area.
  • Organize, assign, and communicate duties and tasks to the team members for current day.
  • Review the staffing and patient schedule for the next day and organize, assign, and communicate duties and tasks to team members.
  • Establish daily team member work area assignments and organize staff coverage as needed.
  • Monitor daily performance of team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely. Monitor and control overtime.
  • Assist in performance evaluation of team members.
  • Assist in conducting orientation and training on policies and procedures.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to team members on office issues or problems.
  • Ensure high quality clinical care for patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints and recommending corrective action as appropriate in collaboration with Director.
  • Recommend disciplinary action as needed in conjunction with your supervisor and in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Ensure all organization policies and procedures are carried out daily. Identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage time and attendance to include PTO request (approve/reject).
