Client Services Specialist Job Duties
- Provide Operational support to clients; debit/credit/eft processing
- Be the point person for client customer service requests
- Train clients on any new products or process updates
- Analyze, problem solve, and provide consultation on any issues or discrepancies
Client Services Specialist - Requirements
- 3+ years in Credit Union, back office Credit / Debit Card Processing Industry, EFT services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks, a multi-tasking skills
- High computer proficiency - excel based software
- Plus an annual bonus
