**Position:** Full-time

**Salary:** $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience


**Overview:**

Meet My Assistant is seeking a detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to champion office administration and support our client experience. This role is integral to enhancing our service quality and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients, including high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the Lead Financial Planner by creating presentations and materials for business development meetings.

- Attend business development meetings with the Lead Financial Planner, taking responsibility for follow-up tasks.

- Manage a high volume of phone calls, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, management, and others.

- Interact effectively with co-workers, clients, and management, maintaining professionalism and composure.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to support various office functions and client needs.

- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

- Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.


**Education Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED required.


**Basic Requirements:**

- Proficiency with PC or Mac, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong phone communication skills, with a preference for engaging over the phone rather than via text.

- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with wealthy individuals and celebrities.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Must pass a background check.


**Preferred Requirements:**

- Enjoyment in making calls to existing clients, vendors, management, and others.

- Experience with CRM systems.

-Nice to have, 2+ years of related experience, such as in banking, insurance, or other financial services. (Not a deal breaker it the person doesn't have this)

- Experience in a customer service center or call center environment.
