Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of event marketing projects according to client specifications
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for continuous improvement
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and project progress
