Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in embedded software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to gather project requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage expectations.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the embedded software engineering team.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with HR for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential growth opportunities and participating in client discussions.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of AUTOSAR Architecture
Knowledge of ETAS tools like ISOLAR
Knowledge of Embedded, Bootloader and Cybersecurity concepts
Knowledge of HIL testing
Knowledge of SDLC (Software development life cycle)
