Program Management:

    • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for children.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant licensing regulations and standards.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the child care center.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Recruit, hire, and train qualified child care staff.
    • Provide leadership and supervision to teachers, assistants, and other staff members.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Parent Communication:
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents or guardians.
    • Organize parent meetings and conferences to discuss children's progress and address concerns.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular drills for emergency procedures.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the child care center's budget.
    • Monitor expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and report on financial performance.
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Work with teachers to create and update educational curriculum.
    • Foster a learning environment that supports the developmental needs of children.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Establish positive relationships with the community and local organizations.
    • Plan and coordinate events or activities involving parents and the community.
