Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technological background, ideally with experience as a solution architect, and have prior experience in the service industry. The CTO will collaborate closely with the sales team, customers, and the delivery team to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the CTO will be responsible for developing new practice areas, from inception to full-scale services, driving innovation, and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and implement the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company.
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that meet customer expectations and address their challenges.
• Ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality technology solutions.
• Manage and mentor the technology team, including architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish and maintain technology standards, best practices, and policies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities for the company.
• Drive innovation and explore new practice areas to expand the company’s service offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales process and provide technical expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
• Optimize technology investments to maximize ROI.
• Precisely convey complex technical concepts and business propositions to the team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Partner with senior architects to discuss and present complex solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering technology solutions in areas such as cyber security, cloud computing, database management, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of the service industry and a deep understanding of customer expectations and challenges.
• Deep knowledge of modern technologies and multi-stack development.
• Expertise in solution architecture and multiple technology domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Business acumen to partner effectively with sales and pre-sales teams.
