Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer/Co-Founder. As a CTO/Co-Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our platform, including software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
Software Development and Product Development skills
Experience in project management and IT strategy
Strong knowledge of system architecture and design
Ability to lead and manage a team of developers
Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
Experience with blockchain technology is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
