SunChoice is a young but growing company that focuses on helping businesses in rural communities leverage renewable energies to improve their cashflow through government programs and incentives. Specifically, we are looking for a Chief Sales Officer who can help us maximize and improve efficiencies on current revenue streams in place first and foremost, but can also help us strategically build alternate revenue streams over time. This person would be the chief officer over all of our current sales staff across 8 different states. If you are someone with unquestionable work ethic that enjoys building processes and procedures, solving problems, and leading people to perform at the best level they possibly can, this could be the right fit for you!


This is an IN PERSON working position. Candidates must be able to come to work in our Spanish Fork office every day.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in a VP or Executive role related to sales and growth.
  • At least 5 years of hands on direct to consumer sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft and Google Suite softwares
  • Ability to learn quickly, effectively problem solve, and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to make data driven decisions
  • Experience in the residential or commercial solar industry a plus but not required
  • desire to dive in and help the other chief officers and founders build the company to something lucrative and profitable for all of us.


Responsibilities

  • Be the ultimate one responsible for driving revenue and growth for SunChoice. 
  • Lead and direct the department in such a way that makes you a clear example of all of the SunChoice Core 4 Values and train your department members to do the same.
  • Maintain and protect a positive, urgent, and high performing culture throughout the department.
  • Lead the department to successfully achieve and exceed minimum revenue targets on a consistent basis.
  • Effectively track and report KPI metrics for the department.
  • Utilize effective goal setting to create a clear trajectory for KPI performance, and effectively develop and execute strategies to improve KPI’s when they do not keep pace with such trajectories.
  • Ensure your department is adequately staffed and trained to execute on revenue generating strategies.
  • Innovate and improve on existing department processes and procedures to drive maximum efficiency at all times.
  • Innovate and create new and improved processes to increase or support the growth of revenue for the company.
  • Operate within an assigned budget each quarter.
  • Oversee incentive and reward programs to keep your department motivated and excited to come to work each day.


Compensation

  • $110k/year annual base salary
  • Performance based profit sharing model
