Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

This role is ultimately accountable for expanding Triad’s footprint in the Manufacturing Housing Industry and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. As Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing Triad’s sales & marketing strategies. the essential responsibilities of the position is below. We have an outstanding compensation package with a base salary range from $255K to $285K with annual bonuses and performance-based share units. We offer multiple health care plans available on day 1, a 3-week PTO plan, 401k w/corporate matching, tuition reimbursement and relocation package. This position is located in our Jacksonville, FL headquarters.

  • Executive Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on brand positioning, target audience identification, and market differentiation. Provide thought leadership on sales and marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts, guiding the organization's adaptation to changing market dynamics.
  • Sales Leadership and Development - Mentor and manage Regional Managers to function as a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, nurturing their growth within the organization.
  • Brand Management - Define and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual representation, and tone across all marketing channels. Oversee the development of branding guidelines and standards, ensuring brand integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Customer Satisfaction – Establishes a cadence of making contacts with key customers, prospective customers, through phone, face-to-face visits, social outings to ensure that Triad is providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention - Lead efforts to identify and analyze target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to formulate effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. Align sales (RMs) and marketing initiatives with revenue goals, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitors Sales & Marketing Performance – Reviews weekly and monthly reports to ensure that progress is being made on achieving sales targets and the proliferation of the Triad brand. Reviews customer feedback surveys, NPSs to assess sales and marketing results.
  • Digital Marketing - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Content Strategy - Drive the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, spanning blog posts, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and more. Leverage content marketing to establish the company as a thought leader within the industry.
  • Marketing Analytics - Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve ROI. Implement tracking mechanisms and reporting systems to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management - Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic goals while ensuring optimal ROI.
  • People Operations – Demonstrates an effective use of team members through effective hiring, assessing performance, developing internal talent, and retaining talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies. Manufactured housing, lending, construction background is highly preferred.
