**Position Overview: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)**
As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at KVH, you will drive the strategic direction of our HR initiatives to align with our business objectives. Your role involves overseeing talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, labor relations, compensation, and benefits administration to position KVH as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR team to deliver effective HR services.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Manage recruitment processes for attracting and retaining top talent.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Handle labor negotiations and employee relations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience, focusing on Employee Relations, Recruitment, and HR Compliance.
Strong alignment with organizational mission, vision, and values.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory HR experience.
Master's degree in HR management or related field.
Professional certification (PHR or above) is highly desirable.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive wage range: $49.01 to $66.82 per hour, based on experience.
Benefit eligibility includes medical, dental, vision insurance options, and pension eligibility after one year.
