Pay range $250,000 - $625,000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability of the Product.
- Work closely with the Medicare CEO, Market CEOs and other key stakeholders to define, align and influence business strategies, and to systematically improve operational execution and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business strategies with shared services functions and other lines of business.
- Effectively manage and/or partner with shared services leaders and their teams to ensure that Medicare enterprise-wide networks, quality and risk, clinical, operational, financial and leadership expectations are met.
- Leads the development of annual business plans and budgets for the Medicare line of business including key role in Medicare bid development. Creates consistent model and set of annual goals for all Medicare markets.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of a compliant, competitive provider network that advances value-based provider partnerships.
- Develop and implement key metrics and performance standards across the organization to review and assess the performance of business unit deploying robust governance structures.
- Identifies and seeks to franchise best approach and practices across the Medicare markets, leveraging solutions that can yield both high quality and cost-effective outcomes.
- Lead efforts to identify barriers to operational success of the segment and drive solutions to address business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participates in Corporate strategic, internal and external, communications and planning representing the Medicare business.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
