POSITION SUMMARY

Centricity Research is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well-connected Chief Growth Officer. This executive will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for elevating our market presence to drive revenue and an excellent patient experience. The CGO will leverage their extensive network to turn business relationships, partnerships, and opportunities into successful sales channels for Centricity. The CGO will use a strategic mindset across multiple departments to create a connected and passionate team who successfully drive business development, marketing, and patient recruitment activities to achieve Centricity’s growth and financial goals.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

The CGO will be responsible for designing strategies, creating processes and programs, and leading the following key areas: Strategic Partnership Development, Client Engagement, Performance Optimization, Brand Development/Repositioning, and Strategic Planning and Execution through these activities:

  • Lead and shape a team of experienced growth leaders to passionately achieve the organization’s goals and their individual quotas
  • Lead the Exec Director of Marketing in developing and executing against organizational growth goals, marketing strategy and lead generation initiatives, including managing our website, events, thought leadership, client and prospect outreach
  • Lead the Patient Recruiting and Call Center operations team to provide the best patient experience while exceeding study enrollment targets ahead of schedule
  • Guide a team of sales operations and strategic client advisors, led by the Exec Director of Business Development, through the operations of sales development, including the management and leadership over our CRM solution, Devana and Salesforce
  • Develop and support the go-to-market strategies and solution innovation for all therapeutic areas and all phases of clinical research
  • Build, track, and improve key customer life cycle metrics such as LTV/CAC, customer retention, marketplace reputation, etc.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Senior Leadership Team to continue to make Centricity Research a great place to work where we achieve our mission and vision with a “One Team” culture. This will include being a role model for our company values
  • Be a thought leader internally to the CEO, Board, and other key executives, and externally in the Industry
  • Foster and champion an agile, customer-driven, and servant-oriented work environment with peers and team members across the organization

The Chief Growth Officer Is a Highly Collaborative Position That Will Interact With The Broader Leadership Team At Centricity Research To Achieve Defined Financial And Organizational Objectives. In Partnership With These Individuals, The Chief Growth Officer Will Tactically:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other key executives to prepare, validate, execute and be accountable to the strategy and financial targets of the organization, including the infrastructure necessary to realize targets
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota, in addition to the goals of the company and team
  • Collaborate with key executives to formalize the deployment of market-facing activities, quarterly and annual planning, and other key initiatives
  • Serve as an internal strategic resource to client accounts
  • Nurture internal relationships and position team members for success
  • Drive EBITDA, Net Revenue, and Gross Revenue, and unparalleled customer and patient experience

EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Relevant academic background/Undergraduate degree
  • Proven track record of success in developing, executing and achieving growth strategies for healthcare organizations
  • Background in sales, marketing, and digital patient acquisition required
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive post-graduate business experience (preferably a blend of healthcare leadership, sales, marketing and/or consulting)

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree (preferably MBA, MHA) strongly preferred
  • Experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Clinical Research company strongly preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Physical demands include but not limited to prolonged sitting, light lifting, standing, reaching, walking, and bending.
  • Frequently required to complete work on the computer in a seated position
  • May be required to lift light boxes (10 - 20lbs)

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Modern medical office environment or home office environment
  • Required to follow OSHA and CCOHS guidelines, in addition to other local healthcare regulations
  • Required to perform duties in relation to HIPAA, PIDEDA, and other local privacy regulations
  • Some positions may require overnight/weekend hours
