Lead, coordinate and manage change management activities.
Communicate across all supporting cross-functions and key stakeholders.
Complete key change activities (i.e. capture changes coming, validate changes, map changes to roles, identify end-users) in partnership with key stakeholders.
Create and support program communications for team, broader stakeholder community, and executive level. Communications should follow the next gen communication approach and are integrated into Microsoft O365 suite of tools including SharePoint Sites and PowerPoint.
Support SharePoint administration activities include stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites as needed, and/or reviewing site analytics.
Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement (i.e. focus groups, surveys, analytics).
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Top Qualifications
BS degree minimum
Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in change management, communications, or related field.
Experience working on a global transformation project to implement Change Management and Communications tactics.
Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification.
5+ years of experience with change tools such stakeholder's analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.
