Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Hybrid Boca Raton, Florida 33431

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

·        5-7 years of progressive experience in organizational change management.

·        Experience in developing strategic OCM plans for large-scale process changes.

·        Proficiency in OCM strategy and content development across various tactics and channels.

·        ADKAR® or similar change management certification preferred.

·        Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

·        Ability to work independently, anticipate business needs, and manage multiple priorities.

·        Strong presentation skills for large group meetings, both in-person and virtually.

·        Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries is preferred.

·        Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

The role will require the development and delivery of organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.

Experience required in:

• Training/Teaching in a Corporate Setting

• Communications

Must be available to work in Boca Raton, FL Training Site location at least 3 days per week.

·        Some travel to other sites may be required 25-50% of the time.

·        The specifics can be discussed during the interview process.

·        Standard Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with an occasional need to be available early for a class or to stay late for classes or calls
