As a Appletree Court Memory Care Certified Med Tech and Certified Nurse Aide you will
Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
Assist with completion of medication cart audits.
Provide direct resident care.
