Hope College & Haworth Hotel Conference Center’s Catering team is looking for enthusiastic & growth-oriented individuals to join our diverse team of professionals. Our catering team is the exclusive caterer for Hope College's campus and the Haworth Hotel and executes all types of events, from simple breakfast setups to wedding receptions and multi day conferences. Our team is looking for additional servers who are passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Core Responsibilities
Set up event spaces and serve based on the details of the Banquet Event Orders. Includes setting tables, buffets, serving plated meals, and clearing.
Set up and deliver catering orders around Hope Colleges campus in a professional and timely manner.
Be able to work individually and as a team on various events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering spaces, including back of house side work tasks.
Interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace, upholding the customer service expectations of CDS and the client/account.

The Ideal Candidate
Must be looking for full time hours
Morning and Day time availability. Weekends required.
1-year minimum experience within the food service and catering industry preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude required!
Physical Demands/Work Environment
Position involves standing/moving for long periods of time.
Must be able to transport food, beverages and trays to guest tables.
Must be able to lift and move 25 lbs.
