Donor Concierge is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the case management team to work Full or Part Time. A Case Manager is responsible for helping Intended Parents find an egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogate. We are looking for candidates who live in Pacific or Mountain time. They assess the needs and preferences of the IPs and develop a customized plan based on their needs. They refer IPs to professional services such as attorneys, mental health professionals, and clinics as needed. They maintain consistent communication with IPs and adjust their search plan as needed.
Donor concierge is seeking to hire a part-time, remote Case Manager to work remotely or on site based on location.
What You’ll Do
Understand the IPs’ fertility journey to develop a plan specific to their needs.
Search partner agencies’ donors and surrogates to find the one who best fits the IPs’ needs.
Listen to IPs’ feedback on donor or surrogate candidates to ensure that DC is best addressing their needs.
Record clients’ progress in DC CRM system.
Follow up with previous clients to ensure they were satisfied with services.
What You’ll Need
Strong academic background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Time management and organizational skills; ability to set priorities
