Job Summary:
Achieves staffing objectives by managing the full lifecycle of campus recruiting efforts, including developing relationships with universities and colleges, attending career fairs and other recruiting events, facilitating career development workshops, developing relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Campus and Community Relations Talent Acquisition Director to execute campus recruiting strategy.
- Consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Partners to understand annual hiring needs.
- Organize and attend campus events, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition facilitated recruitment events.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with faculty, department leadership, professional and alumni organizations and other key university contacts.
- Facilitate career development workshops to prepare students for the workforce.
- Keep accurate and current records of all campus recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, manage candidate information and data in the applicant tracking system, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing materials in partnership with Marketing team and Nursing Education to engage prospective students and showcase the organization's culture and values.
- Act as a brand ambassador and share the organizations mission, values, and culture with potential candidates.
- Documentation (Intermediate): Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
- Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency, and education needs and requirements.
