Responsibilities:
The Campus Recruiting, AVP role will be aligned to our Campus Recruiting function and will work closely with variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to, HR Business Partners, Business CAOs/COOs and business specific Early Careers leads. They will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of our business specific end to end recruiting processes, as well as, tailored divisional content to support our summer Analyst and Associates for the duration of their summer program. Alongside firmwide efforts and initiatives, this individual will support the planning and delivery of the early identification programs, Blackstone attraction efforts and best in class recruiting function optimization.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $160,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy, execution and measurement of end-to-end recruiting and summer program offerings and their alignment to business objectives
- Serve as point of contact with business leaders, HR Business Partners and key HR functions throughout the recruitment and summer program cycle
- Stay informed of trends and innovative campus recruiting techniques and technologies in order to be competitive and deliver best in class solutions
- Develop strategic approach to sourcing high potential talent through universities and partner organizations
- Attend specific campus events at both undergraduate and graduate institutions
- Manage interview and offer process and experience for summer analyst and full-time analyst hires
- Manage summer intern programs including training, events, feedback/evaluation and offers
- Maintain and develop relationships with campus candidates, educating students on Blackstone’s opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Support the yearly assessment of our approach rooted in data, and provide recommendations for improvement
- 5+ years of experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services or Technology is preferred
- Prior campus recruiting experience required, inclusive of event planning, university engagement, and interviewing
- Exceptional relationship building skills and client engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Track record of leveraging metrics, best practices, and tools to achieve exceptional recruiting outcomes
- Strong sense of urgency and client focused delivery
- Experience in change management and process improvement
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity
- Willingness to both design and execute programs and processes end to end, inclusive of summer program
- Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player, seamlessly integrating within global teams, valuing teamwork, and collaboration on broader projects
- Willingness to travel
- High level of professionalism
