As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. $19.50 - $30.00 hourly Job: Full time Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service or call center role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
