CAD Drafter - Residential Building - Base Salary to 65k/year - Sarasota, FL

• Our client a leading builder who has been in business over 50 years is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter with a strong background in residential construction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret blueprints accurately are essential.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans based on sales contracts and support standard plan creation as needed.
• Produce accurate and timely floor plans and interior elevations for design catalogs.
• Create and update site plan information, including as-built site plans and lot fits for all communities.
• Maintain CAD standards and blocks, ensuring all standard plans comply before release.
• Assist in creating marketing documentation from standard plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience in residential construction.
• Competent in reading and interpreting plans and blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook.
  
  

Compensation

• Base salary in the 55k - 65k/year range
