Job Description

  • Completes all records of chassis modification sent to chassis records in Greensboro
  • Responsible for creating quote documents for the engineer to complete
  • Responsible for creating new work order and concurrent documentations
  • Responsible to address billing questions and concerns from customers
  • Responsible to process invoices timely in the accounts payable system
  • Responsible to identify and resolve missing work orders with the support of order and distribution
  • Responsible to support non automated reports
  • Serve as the backup to create the incomplete vehicle documents and Federal Labels per chassis requirements
  • Serve as the backup for Purchase orders written
  • Work constantly dictates changing priorities daily and must be extremely flexible as to what needs to be done first

This is an extremaly fast paced position that dictates working well under pressure

Must be able to work well independently self-starter

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office

Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint

Creates and maintains advanced Access database files and reports daily to maintain efficiency within the department

Preferred

  • Quick Books knowledge
  • Accounting background
  • Associate degree - Finance, accounting, or similar degree
